Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging with all documentation.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging and documentation must be included
- Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned (exchange only)
- Custom-made pieces may be exchanged but not returned
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges for size adjustments are complimentary within 30 days of purchase. Contact our client services team to arrange an exchange.
